Five stars isn’t enough! I love the family feel and communication I got from everyone there. Shelly was really personable and explained everything so I could understand what my Ram truck needed. My kids got hot wheels to keep and they even have refreshments. I’ll be a customer for life.

Outstanding! Local business, everyone was friendly and pleasant, reasonably fast, very good value, honest vibe, and there was no attempt to sell grossly overpriced filters or fuel injector cleaning like certain large chains. I will go back for any work I can get done there. Highly recommended!

I was prepared to paid due to numerous issues but the service charge is way below of all the places I visited in Eugene. You can said I am quite a happy customer (finally). Friends and family recommended this shop. Recently went in for extensive maintenance work and the whole staff were informative, timely and professional. Excellent work and I will return again. Special shout out to Shelley is the front office. She is awesome.
