Had an oil change I paid for at a charity auction. They acted like I was getting something for nothing .. poor attitude IMHO
Dear Bill, We're so sorry that we gave the impression that your business was not valued. Quite the opposite is true. We enjoy serving our community by giving oil changes as auction items. We have been short handed for a few weeks, so potentially our tone and impression came off wrong. For that we are sorry. Even in our busyest times it is our goal that every customer feels heard and appreciated. We are happy to offer you another oil change next time, this time at no cost to you or if you prefer we will reimburse you for the cost of your certificate.
